Definitely recommend bringing ear buds and your own relaxing music or meditation to listen to, in the event someone does talk or make a noise, you can stay in your relaxing zone.
This is a hidden gem. If you've never been, be prepared to have a relaxing massage in a shared room where there are many massages going on at the same time. The room is dim, tranquil with spa music, and they put a towel over your eyes for relaxation. You don't even notice someone is next to you. I brought my ear buds and listened to a meditation during my hour massage. It was exactly what I needed to escape and relax.
Also if you're open to new experiences (not a standard one on one massage), you'll enjoy the culture that you're immersed into. I felt like I was on vacation. Can't wait to go back!

Splendor calls it a foot massage, but it also includes arms, shoulders, legs, low back, butt (very professional) hand, face (forehead/temples), neck, amazing value. If I would have known, I wouldn't have worn makeup. Next time I'll be prepared. And the actual foot massage part was amazing. Your feet soak in warm water while they do the upper body, once it's time for the feet they use a wonderful oil and it's great!
They are straight to business. Someone complained in a review that no one spoke to them... well what do they need to say? All you do is walk in, get guided to your spot and begin to relax. Also since it is an open room, talking would interfere with other's relaxation. If you want to peacefully zone out for an hour, not be bothered, and feel relaxed and refreshed, this is for you.
Worst experience ever. My boyfriend got the couples massage, facial, and foot treatment from groupon. We got there early and they were able to take us in early which was nice. They separated us for the facial portion. During the facial, the person working on my face and the foot massager kept talking. The foot treatment was nice. The facial was so painful. She began to do extractions without informing me. Ive never been in that much pain from a facial. She also used a needle on one of my zits even tho it was clearly not ready to be popped. After the facial she escorted me to the room for the couples massage. At first it was pleasant, but the masseuse kept going hard into my back even tho i told him to do light pressure. My back is so sore now because of it. The worst part was before we left the receptionist asked how our massage was and we said fine to just get the hell out of there. Well because we said it was fine he requested we give a tip. After saying no to giving a tip and explaining we really didnt like it, he said that you're still suppose to tip. You cannot demand a tip especially if the massage was not good. Worst place ever. Do not get a groupon and go here. waste of money.
The only thing is that I'm super sensitive to the smell of cigarettes and the man who worked on me had a slight hint of cigarette smell. I'll surely go back in the future and will just request to be with someone who doesn't smoke.
Decent massage but kind of gives you that "hmmm wonder wjat else goes on here" feeling.
Unfortunately, I would definitely not recommend it. There's no actual reflexology done at all and it was not relaxing whatsoever. The guy tried to do whatever just to past the hour and if it wasn't $25 I would have asked him to stop. I told the front desk receptionist that about 30% of it wasn't bad and he said, "Alright, perfect!" That tells me they are aiming for 30% satisfaction...But most likely he didn't even care to really listen and just didn't know what I said. LOL...
