Get pre-approval estimates for everything in advance for Draper. They tried to overcharge me for treatments. After many complaints and calls to the insurance to intervene over some weeks they finally reimbursed me only because I've of the dentists overheard me complaining. The lady that handles the billing has a bad attitude and shouldn't be working there. Although for all I know she might be Under a lot of pressure to bring in more revenue. Dentists and higenists are good. My family left after being there for several years only because of the billing issue. Pretty much just paid whatever they said we owed in the past. But in the end they lost our trust.

This was definitely the best experience that I've had at a dentist since being in the bay area. Everyone in the office had great intentions... wanted me to be comfortable and you can tell that the Dentist genuinely cared about his patients
My Family of four have been patients at Draper Dentistry for not sure how long, close to 20 years I guess. Always very kind and professional. Top notch work. Keeping your comfort and the way you look as the primary focus. My Hygienist Joy retired a couple of years ago. She was like a personal friend. She was replaced with Yvonne, a very sweet person who does very careful high quality work. We get along great. Dr Kevin and Dr Garrett do excellent work. Unfortunately, I was not blessed with perfect teeth, and my home care is probably not all that it should be. Luckily I have Draper to keep me on a little annual treatment plan. Keeps me attentive to my personal hygiene. When I head in to bath and get ready for my day, the most important thing I have to do is give my teeth the care they need. 3 minutes minimum of brushing, and careful flossing. Very important. Take care of your teeth, and they will take care of you, and not let you down too often.
Moved out to Brentwood and scheduled to come in for a consultation on the 22nd of February about my implant that Garrett started and needs to be completed. Discuss the health of my teeth and cleaning with Dr. Garrett Draper. I have been going to the Drapers for almost 20 years. Kevin and Garrett have both taken care of my teeth. Wish I was not so far away out in Brentwood and Draper Dentistry took Delta insurance. Not pleased with the dentist assigned to by Delta insurance here in Brentwood. Seems I always return to Draper Dentistry.
The office staff is also very good. Dorri has been there for many years, and keeps that office running like a Swiss clock. Also a very sweet person and friend of my family for many years.

Did I mention that I probably have about 50 dentists in my home town, and I'm not kidding. I drive 12 miles to go see these folks for my dental needs.
