Huge on handing out Big Pharma without finding the root cause of the situation based on my experience. I was a patient for three years. In those three years I experienced severe pain in which I could not sit. It is now resolved by another doctor. I was hit by a semi-truck at 70 Miles an hour causing subluxation to my atlas and affected my thermoregulation. NO assessment even done. They never touched or assessed it. Yet, another doctor had to resolve it. After a medical error DFP omitted pertinent information from my chart. My privacy was even violated. I could go on, but I will leave it. I wished I was NEVER introduced to this business that states it treats everyone like family.
Amazing practice, love all the docs, PA's & nurses. Great location and awesome care. Been going to them for almost 10 years now and they see my entire family from my son to my aging parents.
Dr. Mark Musco and Timothy Sayles are my primary physicians. Whether I am seeing them for an injury/illness, or annual physical, I always find them, and their staff, to be very accommodating and thorough in their examinations and recommended follow-up. They have outstanding interpersonal skills and I definitely feel that I am receiving excellent care in a relaxed environment.
Friendly service but poor service. Prescribed wrong antibiotic 3 out of 4 times. 2 which there were no infections at all which I figure out going to another doctor and now resolved. Was only a patient for half a year but health impact of taking the wrong antibiotics is enough to keep me from coming back.
