If they make a mistake they refuse responsibility and treat the customer rudely even if you are polite. They made a labor intensive expensive A/C repair (over $2000). Two problems arose from the fix: a noise and a mildew smell, both coming from the vents. Reluctantly they checked and found they mistakenly did not connect a drain hose properly. That fixed the noise but not the mildew smell. From then on both Jeff and Danny made up explanations to avoid assuming responsibility while treating me rudely even though I remained calm but standing my ground. The fact remains the problem started after their initial repair no matter how they deny it. They should properly train Jeff and Danny to not get angry with customers, especially if the customer is proper and respectful. I’ll not go back to ACE and will make sure my friends, neighbors in San Ramon, colleagues and golf acquaintances avoid this place as well.
