Officer Barnes spoke with me today using a very condescending tone when I asked him a question. Right away he was confrontational regarding our topic of conversation. He is rude and should not be dealing with people in the office. Perhaps his post should be something where he doesn't speak to the public.

Well the Police department is great a true 5, the planning department is the worst I have ever worked with 1 or less so it evens out to a 3.
He is a lyer, making money from ordinary citizens, and ha sno shame doing so.
San Ramon police department has to make some changes and "serve and protect" not rob and steal.
They should post the voter drop box outside of the building so people that work swing shift and night shift can drop off there absentee ballots
