Called them at 8AM on a Sunday morning for a home lockout. They answered the phone and had a locksmith at my home within 30 minutes. We found out that we have a KwikSet lock, which required the key plug to be drilled out. Locksmith had us in the home after 5 minutes. He offered to help with the new lock and re-key at his office if necessary. Great experience. If I ever get locked out of a KwikSet in the future, I know to just drill it out myself.
Responsive and prompt service. We've had two jobs completed recently. When the front door lock wasn't exactly as we wanted, they came back and made it right the next day. Very happy with the service and price! We'll definitely call AMPM Locksmith for all our locksmith needs.
Chida was so friendly and accommodating. Talked to me about how they could come out to my car and make a key on the spot because I lost my key. Even texted me to tell me the tech was ten minutes away. Then when the tech, wajee arrived he was even as nice. Made me a key in less than 10 minutes aaaaaand, because the car had been sitting for a while, he gave me a jump! Talk about going above and beyond. Theeeen, Chida called me after to see how everything was! Never going anywhere else but ampm.
We were referred to AMPM Locksmith by our auto shop to get a new key fob. The dealer wanted to charge us almost $400 to purchase and program a new key. My husband spoke to Chida and he gave us a deal that was about 1/3 the price and we didn't have to pay tax if we paid cash. I would recommend AMPM if you need a new car key, don't go to the dealer.
Very professional, and they new their stuff! I lost my original keys to my 2006 Suzuki jeep. I did not need a transponder, and my key did not have a chip to be programmed. I called 5 other locksmiths in the East bay and one in S. SF. I was quoted between $85 - $290! When I called AMPM I was asked to send them a pic of the key to ensure they could cut it. I sent the photo and was quoted $65. It only took them 30mins to cut my key and it fit my car perfectly! I highly recommend this company!
