I have to say that my dog was in excellent hands. The surgery went very well. The Doctors were very attentive and professional. My dog is happier than she has been in years and now she is on a new allergy medication so that her other ear won't become an issue.
I'm a real estate Broker and one of my clients told me about Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center. So I scheduled a consultation and got an estimate for the surgery. The prices were VERY FAIR and much less than previous estimates I received from other Vet clinics. (I do NOT feel their prices are higher than other vets in the area).

Thank goodness I found Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center! For years I had been going to a Vet that did NOT help my dog with her ear infection issues. It got so bad that one of her ears basically closed up and was untreatable. I was told she needed to have the entire ear canal removed which is called a TECABO surgery and that I should seek a Specialist. I did see a Specialist in San Leandro and they wanted to do an MRI, CATSCAN, blood work, etc and then the surgery which would cost $9,000.
Love the Veterinary Center! Doctors, Techs, and staff at the front desk are great . Very helpful and efficient. Everyone seems to love their job which makes for a very happy place!

I've been bringing my pit bull here for years. What's nice for us is that the staff treats us like every other customer. Although people who work with animals are more accepting in general, I have always felt like my dog and I are so welcome and comfortable at Bishop Ranch. It's so nice to smiles rather than be greeted with looks of dismay and disgust (although I can't say the same about some of the other customers).
To us Truman, (aka the world's most handsome Frenchie) is like the Hope Diamond: rare, beautiful and should be treated like royalty. And that's how he is treated at Bishop Ranch Veterinary Center. His doctor, Dr. James Pogrel, is beyond knowledgable, super kind and very personable. We are always treated with respect and Truman receives nothing less than 5 star service and incredible care. From check in to check out BRVC treats you like family...the royal family. Seriously, they're awesome.
