The owner is a true artist - she clearly loves to create exquisite floral arrangements that will simply "take your breath away". I recently ordered a custom bouquet for mother's day and a larger arrangement for a Corporate event. Both arrangements were "visually stunning", reasonably priced and prepared with flawless customer care. The owner is a gem! Hands down the best floral shop in San Ramon!

Wow...call and ask for tulips on Valentines Day to find out the have some. Good news so far...the lady asked me how she can help, and I told her I was the one who called about the tulips...she asked me how much I wanted to spend and told her...you should have seen her face...complete disappointment...she must of thought I had a much larger order. I just wanted some tulips for my wife on Valentines Day. Too little of an order for her to bother with me. If you can't entertain the smallest order, I would never trust this shop with a large order...
I wish every business operates like this. I had ordered a birthday arrangement for same day delivery. The lady called me to inform me that nobody had responded at the address I had provided and if it was okay to just leave the gift at the front door. When I asked her if I could change the address location, she was extremely accommodating. This is what I call outstanding customer service. The arrangement itself is beautiful. They will definitely be getting business from me in the future!
