Terrible experience, terrible customer service, problems with the payment system, I tried to explain the problems I had and both the manager and his workers continuously talked over me and said it was my fault. Denied a refund after they told me my card was declined 3 different times even though the charge went through on my end so I had to order from somewhere else. Would never order from here again, they don't even deserve one star but it was the only option.

Flowers were not delivered. When I called the flirist the indian woman argued that they were delivered yet my daughter was home all day and no deluvery was made to her. Woman hung up on me when I told her to cancel this order.
Ordered flowers for my wife while stationed overseas... When I found out my wife got the flowers I called and found out the flowers were not even close to the ones I ordered. The flowers were comparable to grocery store flowers. I paid 70 dollars only to get 10 dollar flowers. My wife was so upset to when I told her and she ended up going down to the florist and the lady was very rude to her. The florist denied a refund and said they were comparable flowers. My wife ended up leaving the flowers on the counter and walking out. Horrible experience from the local flower company Crow Canyon Florist.. they need to be reported because they are ripping people off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I made a huge mistake ordering from them. I'm still waiting on a refund and have been going back and forth.
