Very Noise. This has become a playground for kids. Group study rooms have kids making noises. adults are talking on the phone. overall very bad experince
This area is good place to study but if you have no time to study and you reserve a study room with friends you have to leave if you have no study materiel

This is the main library for San Ramon. It's well used, well loved by the community. There are plenty of kids doing their homework after school. They offer story telling hour for various age groups throughout the week. You can reserve books online for pickup. I love their online renewal functionality from the library's site. This has saved me trips from rushing to the library to not have overdue books.
